Teaching Mission

To engage students in systemic thinking about dynamic problems, particularly macroeconomics and economic policy issues, and develop students' system dynamics modeling skills.


At the University of Bergen (UiB) in Norway, I teach two courses on system dynamics modeling to international students in our master's degree programs: System Dynamics Modeling Process and Policy Design and Implementation. In addition, I conduct an applied modeling seminar in macroeconomic dynamics. At ISM University of Management and Economics in Lithuania, I teach an SD-based monetary policy course to graduate students. I also teach distance learning courses: macroeconomics and microeconomics to undergraduates at Virginia Western Community College in the U.S. and economic dynamics to graduate students at the National University of Kyiv-Mohyla Academy and Ivan Franko National University of Lviv in Ukraine.
